This looks amazing. Such a clever use of the space. Disappointing to see this forum thread is so old though. It really takes this long to build a 4 story building?

I've moved away from this area so I won't be providing regular updates on this building from my walks anymore. I'll be focusing on the buildings on the other side of Bathurst, on Raglan Ave and Vaughan Rd now. Godspeed, density enthusiasts! 🫡

Not a whole lot interesting to show in this update from me Thursday this week. I'm seeing slow and steady progress on windows going in and now some balconies too.

I attended the community consultation meeting yesterday. It was indeed chock-full of NIMBYs.

Would love a way to disable the grouping feature the new map has. It's cool for when you're looking at the map from far out so you can visualize how many projects are going on in each area. But just today, a friend and I were trying to find out where buildings we saw under construction were. I...

Some photos I took Thursday as I walked north towards the north-west corner of the building then walked in front of it, heading east into the village. Also, a view from Heath St, looking north over existing buildings on that street, where you can see the building start to emerge.

The building looks boring, yes, but I'm fine with that. I spend a very small portion of my day looking at the outside of my apartment building. I spend a far greater portion of my day living in it.

This looks cool. A lot of subtle, nice things like the overhanging podium adding a bit of shade.
