Interesting calculation. Not sure (not an architect or engineer) but I assume the high rise part might go faster as the podium and midrise Covered more area? I guess we can guesstimate once it reaches floor 10 and 11?

I’m a bit confused. Why is it called ‘Don Mills’ if it’s in East York? What’s also confusing is they have another facility in ‘Don Mills’ that they call ‘East York’. Why the confusion in naming. Anyways it looks like a great building. I just worry about the effect the Ontario Line will have on...
