    I still see many VIP sales posted online or newspapers from agents. Does anyone know if there is still some discount on the price? I know when the project started in early October there was about $5,000-10,000 discount on all the units. Is this normal for the VIP sale to last this long - more...

    I have checked city planning web site and tried to find the current status of westlake condos project. The result shows current status is Applucation Submitted. Does it mean not approved yet? Anyone know any information about this...

    Partially block is likely. I picked a southwest facing unit on Westlake tower 1. It will also be blocked by BTS towers and many other ones south of the Lake Shore Blvd, even worth than you. My unit is on 20th floor, hopefully the waterview is not totally blocked.
