Demolition Permit application for the office building is being issued.

This demolition permit is not for the medical offices on the corner of Keele and Ingram, despite having the identical address. Instead, this permit seems to be associated with the the small building on the south site of the Parking Lot.

Demolition Permit has been issued as of January for the 2 buildings that make up the mall. Pictures of the site are from street view. Above is the larger of the two buildings (left building), facing west towards keele. The second building on the site - faces north.

Not sure why an extension wasn't filed for the previous demolition permit, but a new permit is ready for issuance as of Feb 5.
