Those type of decisions I'm not in volved with. My guess would be that they would start selling at the earliest possible date.

Do you really think that's why Truman does it? To give people the middle finger? The city is the pne that tells us how many lanes we can shut down and that varies throughout the project. We try to keep that to a minimum and don't usually put our construction offices on site.

I had originally heard that we would break ground on the first tower in the fall of 2026. Maybe it changed.

As far as I know, nothing is in the plans here but they are looking at a different TOD site.

Nothing to do with the Calgary tower or new supertall....Think more, something high end that "Calgary doesn't have but needs". There are a lot of things coming down the pipeline in the next 3 years.

The crane was supposed to be up before Imperia but there ended up being water issues they had to deal with. Sh&t happens.

IDK...I think the RR location looks great and is a good size for the area.
