I just received my APS but I previously asked KSV about interest and they advised that our deposits would be returned plus interest.

They confirmed to me in an email that we are entitled to our deposit return plus applicable interest per the Condominium Act if we choose to terminate our contract. Deposit return process will happen post another court session. P.S. still no amended APS as yet. My outside occupancy date is April...

I purchased in July 2017 as my primary residence and haven't received an amended APS. I'm not sure how the "batches" were determined but we need more care with the handling of this matter. All parties involved have been through an ordeal with Vandyk. KSV and the court process should also...

I haven't received an amended APS either. All the same to me as I had no intention of accepting it at the new prices shared by others in this thread for similar units. Hoping for a smooth and swift termination of my agreement.

I purchased a Haven but no letter as yet...I also expect no less than $750k but I'm almost sure it will be much more than that.
