Got my check in the mail from MNP limited today

I didn't receive any reply after sending my documents. Can someone share the contacts for the individual who acknowledged receipt of the requested documents. I don't want to end up thinking they receive when in fact they didn't after waiting months for my refund. 8 years is enough.

Yesterday I got email from "Trisura Settlement" with Release and Termination agreement. They also showed me my refund amount with accrued interest of 2% which they calculated from October 2022 to may 30 2025, tiny amount of interest even though down-payment was in 2017. They want copy of sale...
