Trudeau wants to maintain home prices while pushing affordability. Is it possible ?
“Housing needs to retain its value,” Trudeau told The Globe and Mail’s City Space podcast last week. “It’s a huge part of people’s potential for retirement and future nest egg.”...
think bigger $$, we can turn it into Canada's largest Private Diploma Mill College with International student housing complex/liquidation store & truck trailer parking lot REIT, with +10 % dividend payout😅🤣😂
I wonder how much is the asking price ???
the Woodbine Mall Brochure FINAL.pdf has a lot of interesting facts
didn't know the owner of woodbine also owns 600 Queen's Plate Drive, Toronto (where RBC bank is located)
^hahaha...., he gave some gift cards so he can save on groceries in Ottawa.
interesting news came out that NDP Jagmeet brother &or cousins are lobbyists for competition Metro grocery store, which would explain why Jagmeet is always going after Loblaws lol...
💡 1)we should try this again
2)plus we should do what they do in USA , when you build a building and sell it , you don't pay capital gains tax as long as you invest it into another real estate within a certain time and lastly
3) we need 30 year fixed mortgage terms like they have in the USA...
Update 90% sold out with current under water market pricing lol... 😅🤣😂
i remember pre-construction prices were insanely high, anyone who bought then must be in the hole now if they try to sell assignment
unless we combine both woodbine mall junk trailers and condos into one masterpiece 🤣😂
please refer to Woodbine centre thread to fully understand this joke
hard to tell if its new ones or old ones being moved, woodbine property still full of trailers like before, but i didn't view around the whole property
surprised they didn't turn this project into a purpose built rental building with the current market conditions and the new Federal HST rebate on purpose built rental apartments, many builders are saying with this new hst rebate there is enough profit margin to build as compared to condos
update started to see Woodbine Mall junk trailers now making their way onto the humber college parking lot across the street from woodbine property lol...
