Wow is right ... that is a sexy looking building! We need more like this in the city ... too many are plain green glass boxes. Anyone know if this is sure thing ?

very nice looking building ... hopefully this is going to happen cause that are needs something new. This is an ideal style of building for a neighborhood of Toronto .. wouldn't work downtown.

Let's hope they go through with this rumored design ... it would be like the modern version of Chicago's John Hancock Centre which is an impressive building to say the least. That parking lot won't be there for much longer no matter what happens you would think.

I completely agree with you guys, the Scotia Tower really stands out , especially with the greyness of this shot .... we need more colour in our skyline , there are way too many blue/ green/gray buildings in the DT Core

It is an awesome building I give it that but as an area resident , this building along with the Emerald City condo's being built on the other side of Yonge are going to make Yonge/ Sheppard way too busy... it is already the busiest intersection in my many hrs of driving experince in all of the...

That is an awesome photo of the city... I think a lot of people forget that we are on a lake and don't take advantage of it. Can someone tell me what that is sticking out of the water ?
