    This should be downtown!

I kind of like the northern most black building.

I'm happy that this space is being filled in by something interesting and useful plus the fact the heritage front is being spared for retail etc. Apologies if mentioned already however is the empty lot directly to the north on Bay St being proposed for something?

These 'faux plastic' makeovers all over town are really unattractive especially at this prominent downtown corner. Surely there must be an alternative way to have affordable housing with some semblance of attractiveness.

I really love the concepts for Yonge St. All the shops and businesses would need access for deliveries. Would private cars be allowed or just taxis/Ubers? The one thing Sydney doesn't have to worry about is snow removal. Hasn't there been chatter for years about Yonge being cleaned up? Many...

It's also the Louvre not a retirement home in Ancaster. However thank you for your observations. Having said that it's a fairly substantial looking seniors residence.

I think that if and 'when and if 'a new convention centre is proposed and built that the 'rail deck' would be the perfect place. Ok there will be quite a few hurdles and I may be using a walker by the time any thing is built however dream the impossible dream!

So what. You don't like different window styles on the same humble abode? My pic of the Louvre From last September

Yes Debbie Downer yes. Of course there are many details to be worked out. Rome wasn't built in a day neither was Toronto.

    Toronto Toronto | Yonge Street Marine Terminal | ?m | ?s | TPA

wow Wow and WOW. This is exciting especially considering this is right downtown/CBD rather than over by Cherry beach. This will no doubt create a lot of tourism business plus opportunities for locals to potentially take a cruise.

    Toronto Toronto | Eglinton Line 5 + GO: Caledonia Station | 11.72m | 2s | Metrolinx | McCallum Sather

Hmm the poetry is a bit 'deep' I suppose this is should have been in an 'underground' station!

    Toronto Toronto | Artistry Condos | 112.35m | 32s | Tribute | Graziani + Corazza

I think I like the 'plaza' here.It appears busier visually due to all the background 'noise/Architecture' across the street. I like the rectangular steel beams and it will be a good place to sit and view the passing parade. However what's behind the orange tarps?

This is definitely a new rendition. I'm not sure what to think at this point in time.

Interesting that this has been an empty lot for many decades.
