Is there not some sort of blueprints/plans available online for this project? Aside from the few renderings. Wouldn't there be a development proposal made to the city of Toronto? I just want to know more about the renovation.

Transit operating at or above capacity does cause problems. Slower loading/unloading times, passengers left behind at downstream stations, unsafe in the event of an emergency. See Bloor-Yonge station, and this is why alternative routes (DRL/OL) have long been proposed.

A great example of this is residents who complain about Toronto Pearson's flight paths despite yyz being nearly 60 yrs old the the communities complaining being recent developments (in the last 20 to 30 yrs)

I'd have a Barrie "bypass" travel roughly SW to somewhere around Kitchener/Guelph. With the idea being that it would allow for travel from northern Ontario to sw Ontario without entering the GTA. Particularly for transport trucks.
