I was extremely upset when they knocked down the old brick wall along St Mary Street. It was a great, solid old wall that would framed the lot nicely. :(

I work a block away from the Modern and it's great to see it go up. The area desperately needs a different type of population.

No toilets? Really, Barit. The line ups at the closest gas station must have been huge! :p I have to agree though that they had to go. Sometimes change is not only good but necessary.
