I'm having the same problem with my fan - so loud that it wakes me up at night. I have complained 4-5 times (by phone and email) but no one has responded. Very frustrating. Will be complaining to anyone who will listen on Monday night.

Are the maintenance fees as quoted when you purchased? I think prices have gone up in their price lists from what I recall from when I bought.

Any residents on the board? I've got some time until my move into the west tower but am wondering if anyone here has actually moved in yet - how is Cityzen as a landlord so far?

How soon is move-in? Are the early April move-in dates still standing? I was surprised to see the East Lobby looked finished last week but I suppose with only a month to go...

I am also an owner. While I have rolled my eyes at the 3 months it took to come to a somewhat reasonable resolution to my decorating wishes, I try to tell myself that I've made enough on the unit already to pay for these irritants :) I just keep hoping for occupancy by next spring.
