    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

I went for my PDI today and it was an exciting moment after years of waiting. As a former resident of King West] (not so full of character but mostly overpriced restaurants in reclaimed brick buildings) I was particularily drawn to the character of the Junction/Wallace Emerson area and that's...

I agree with above. Looks very much like the renderings. Of course a little bit of paint can go a long way.

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

The builder does not have to offer buy out options nor would that be welcome from the owners of the other 200 or so units who want to protect their investments. From what I understand when I bought into Phase 1 the development is not subject to current Tarion warranty rules that govern...

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

based on typical construction schedules for condo projects and the progress they have made so far expect a move-in date (assuming no unforeseen delays) of Summer 2013. based on what i was told from someone in the highrise construction industry, expect 22-26 months for constructions once the...

    Upside Down + Fuse Condos (Channington/Brownstone, 14s x2, 26s x2, Burka)

Phase 1 I recently just bought into Phase 1. Although i was assured that construction was about to being, I remained skeptical. Below are a few points for and against starting construction immediately: For: - by not starting Phase 1, would cause purchasers of Phase 3 & 4 to be skeptical of...
