Getting rid of that ugly Coffee Time and car wash on the East side will do wonders for the Keele/Eglinton corner and may even help that small strip of businesses on Eg. in the long run.

So will the 'old/new' x-town line now approved by council revert back to the original TC stop spacing scheme East of Laird (bad) or keep the new Ford/Metrolinx stop spacing in the above ground portion of Eglinton (good)? No one seems to know...

While they could build an entrance on the south side to avoid crossing Eglinton, the better solution would be to have the cars entering NB Allen Rd ducking underground (since they have to go down the ramp anyways) and leave the surface for pedestrians and transit users. Rather than that lame...

I have 2 triplexes (+ 1 condo and 2 cars) insured with TD (Monnex) so they do insure rentals. I renewed recently and I've not heard of this two families policy. Perhaps your issue is renting out the rooms in one apartment (where the two families policy may apply). That becomes like a rooming...
