I was told that the dates will change and final letters will be sent out in August. Did anyone else hear anything similar or different?

Is this construction unusally slow for a condo (from when it started, not the extra year+ delay before construction started) ? How quick are other buildings built? Just curious as the guesstimation of 18 months to build 11 more storeys and do interior.

Occupancy I am hoping Sept 2011 still .. it doesn't seem like a stretch really as they are working on floor 6 right now, and I think that the building is only 17 floors.

So based on its current construction status (building now first level above ground), what do people think is the actual occupancy date ?

So for the last 3 weeks they have been installing 55' steel beams into the ground around the perimeter. Is this what they do during construction before digging out the parking garage? I believe that there is going to be a 4 storey underground parking garage at this building.

The city document states that "Empire Communities are constructing a 12-storey condominium building at 101 Sherbourne Street...." So that is what the poster meant.... In your post you said that "all indications including city documents and Empire's website still indicate 17 stories."...

They told me that demolition of everything but the sales centre will be completed in April 2009, and the sales centre will go in summer and construction will start then. Supposedly the condo owners will be invited to the ground breaking ceremony in the summer. Can anyone estimate how long it...
