    They are 96% sold for the condos and 2/3rds sold for the retail. They dont have financing though - hard to believe. They are working on a syndication and are hoping to break ground sometime in the fall.

    Why do I keep seeing the old rendering in updated marketing videos?? Is that not an inaccurate portrayal of the buildings actual height?? You have the new renerding on Bay Street at the south end of the site but still use the old rendering in all marketing materials??

    What may happen on this project is they may cap at the 7th floor or slow down construction, then once new financing is negotiated things will pick up again. The banks only release a certain amount of money for each phase of a project and once that has dried up theres no one to foot the bill...

    Skyline will now be selling this site as the project has become unfeasible. Credit & the economy are the problem and after paying $30M for the site the carrying costs are too high not to develop it.
