It looked like they put topsoil by the new sidewalk and now vegetation is growing.

I'm interested in buying a unit, but as I've never lived in a condo before, can anyone comment about noise? This is located in the Entertainment District and is right beside clubs where people will be drunk and lining up every weekend. :D How high would you have to be to not hear the noise...
