If the MoCA is at 158 Sterling, then the address for this application (150 Sterling) puts it just south of the MoCA building -- but isn't one of the T3 buildings already going there?

Is there any information on whether these buildings will cater towards one or two large companies (ie. 'flagship' tenants), or whether they're meant for a large number of smaller tenants? I was looking up the various other T3 locations (https://t3bayside.com/t3-worldwide/) but couldn't find...

Curious if there are any renderings or plans available for the 3rd of the T3 buildings? So far everything available seems to be about the two buildings next to the MoCA, but no nothing about the building on the east side of Sterling, across from the MoCA.

I wonder with the huge increases in cost of lumber, will the design of these building be affected? And same as for 77 Wade? (Or is heavy timber a totally different thing from the construction lumber where costs have increased?)

Interesting, where did you hear this? There were initially plans for a grocery store in the Artworks tower but it seems that got cancelled, so if it was because a grocery store is going into DuEast that would make sense.

Just saw the Ace Hotel thread, and that brick building looks absolutely lovely. Given that this is going to be a decently tall tower, also with some brick elements, I wonder what the likelihood of this one turning out just as nice is going to be.

Um... why does the marketing video on Tridel's MRKT page showcase Area+001 and Milk (Sneaker Boutique)? Area 001 is at Queen/Ossington, and Milk is at Dupont/Dundas. Neither of which are anywhere this condo...

The courtyard, mews, and community garden -- so good! I hope it actualizes like the rendering or better. This is the kind of stuff that would be great if it could be incorporated into all buildings...
