I have the same experience. Bars were installed on mine and the higher frequency sounds were muffled which is much better but the overall volume was about the same. Maybe if all balconies were done but I'm skeptical that installing those braces really fixes the whole problem. Does anyone know...

My question is when did the sound start? Did it get louder as each floor was installed with the balconies? The workers would know. Or did the sound get really loud when something else in the building got finished like the roof, vents, shafts? Without knowing the root cause it's hard to say...

Is there a 13th elevator floor? For example is suite 14xx on the 13th floor or 14th floor?

Actually, I took pictures of the South lobby last week. Here they are (excuse me, I hope these pictures turn out...my first time posting images).

I visited the presentation center last week and they confirmed that the closing dates are on schedule (slightly ahead). Looking like mid-to-end of Oct'08 for about the 20th floor occupancy date. This is just an estimate.
