I agree..but they were not flyers they were letters from people who missed the deadline to submit a resume...why would we choose them if they cant even submit their resume before the deadline???

I agree, the budget needs to be looked at. Security isn't the greatest and if they are not doing their job, management needs to get rid of them. Too bad management seems to be lacking right now.

Just curious on this one...what happens if you raise the fees and then the security guards hired don't enforce the rules or are not there all the time and people start noticing this? How will you handle all the complaints you will get?
