At least those hideous vents were relocated. Check the concept drawing.. they were originally placed on the corner of Front and Jarvis.

So is the bridge across the old Cherry Street now closed?

I wonder what this truck is doing. Blowing air into the ground to loosen the soil, prior to pouring concrete? Or something else?
