two rectancles with no design to speak of and an arbitrary minecraft pattern slapped on. these will basically be in the waterfront view for the rest of our lifetimes and thats what we accept for architecture

    Toronto Toronto | Lower Don Lands Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

this has to be one of the coolest infrastructure projects in North America. so great to see it come together after years and years. its going to be a very unique urban space when complete. something for us to be proud of

thankfully this tower should grab most attention from the waterfront view and distract eyes away from the atrocities committed by Daniels and, to a lesser degree, Menkes

is it true that pinnacle funds with all equity? i heard that somewhere before but seems wild for a project this big

I dunno, distillery, regent park, canary all are basically in a grocery desert. Definitely shouldnt have taken this long. but good that its finally open now!

Toronto Toronto | George Brown College: Limberlost Place | 52.5m | 10s | George Brown | Moriyama Teshima Architects

pretty cool having two mass timber buildings on the waterfront (with more to come in quayside i believe?)

I mean it shouldnt take like 8 years to open a f'ing grocery store in a new neighborhood. it should be like the first thing that opens there. its incredibly dumb from all angles. this store will make tons of money. people are begging for it. just open the damn store

probably a bit higher but still cheaper than uber eats :D

    Toronto Toronto | Rogers Centre Renovations | ?m | ?s | Toronto Blue Jays | Populous

it was weird for the first inning then i got used to it. youve been insufferably negative about the renos throughout, so im not surprised at your inability to cope

    Toronto Toronto | Eight Cumberland | 170m | 51s | Great Gulf | a—A

looks 20 years old before its finished. garbage materials and design

Toronto Toronto | St Lawrence Market North | 25.3m | 5s | City of Toronto | Rogers Stirk Harbour

pathetic how little progress there's been in the last 6 months. our tax dollars in the hands of incompetent city staff

    Toronto Toronto | Aqualuna at Bayside | 61.87m | 18s | Tridel | 3XN

one of the few developments that looks better up close than from afar

    Toronto Toronto | Riverside Square | 64.6m | 20s | Streetcar | RAW Design

A little dramatic. The way this meets the street is actually pretty good. Widened sidewalk looks nice too

    Toronto Toronto | Birch House at Canary Landing | 50.3m | 13s | Dream | Stantec

L Luckily it should have decent landscaping and trees at ground level like the other blocks so it'll get covered up

we sure aren't baltimore! (sorry, too soon but had to) Also is this bridge being replaced or will new cherry be the only one?
