The lobby reminds me of Alice in Wonderland - all the white and the oversized tables leading into the glass wall.

Each condo is different. Some offer free parking ( but they usually fill up quickly on weekends or if there are events being held downtown) and others either never had free guest parking or have converted it to pay parking.

I like the signs but I dont think they will last long...

The Hudson is one of my fav condo buildings. Its in a great location and the finishes are top notch as well. Love the lobby!

Heres another pic of the Skyy condo. A mortgage broker and I have started up a blog at SKYY Condo. We have more pics up there and will be putting up more info on the building as it goes up.

Apparently its going to be an 8 acre park and will reach down to Lake Shore Blvd. The park will also have a mile long running path called as the Terry Fox Miracle Mile. It will be nice to have some green space down there.
