As far as I understand, the PDI company will have a person there that will go through and help you do the inspection. You meet up with the person in the lobby, they take you up to your unit, and you do the inspection. I think they'll have a checklist of stuff to go through that you fill out...

Re: PDI They have an independent company that is responsible for walking you through the PDI. PDI dates/times were sent to the purchasers around the same time as the invites to the information session (at least mine came at the same time).

There was something in the adjustments section of the agreement regarding that. I remember getting some caps put in.

Suite in the podium I also purchased a suite in the podium (right above the retail, actually). I could be wrong, but I don't think they decide what kind of retail units go in until the building mgmt takes over?
