New builder I hope a young, adventurous and ambitious company like Cityzen/Fernbrook steps in. They have been behind such beautiful or daring projects like the L Tower, Pier 27, Absolute World. Most developers just stay with semi-modern exteriors with lots of glass and steel etc...
