Where is 1 Delisle Ave? Through analysis via Google Maps, the site is either: a) 1510 Yonge (currently has the New Balance store) or b) the parking lot behind Shopper's (which is adjacent to other Slate properties) Any thoughts?

Does anyone know what could be happening at 339 Broadview Ave (in East Chinatown, next to Bike Sauce)? This storefront has been vacant for years but in the past week or so, there has been activity at the site (renovations, etc).

Thanks. Any thoughts about Canderel Stoneridge? They have an older development out in the Humber Bay Shores area that I'm interested in. They also have Aura under their belt; which is touted as the tallest condo tower in the city.
