Pretty sure that this is not the first time in the history of mankind that a condo building was built next to a gas station...i have a friend who's 2nd story condo balcony faces a very busy car wash.

I've been a member of this forum for years and I RARELY post anything...but I just have to say...GOSH, what a bunch of over-critical folks we have here.... 99% of cities in North America would KILL for a proposal of this magnitude. I live in Dallas where downtown is still mostly a wasteland...

Is this right across from the Hilton Garden Inn? If so I stayed there before and this area definitely could use a breath of fresh air.

I'm quite surprised at some of the not so good reviews on this hotel. In Dallas, where I live, the Ritz Carlton, which is fairly new as well, is a horrendous short and stumpy building.
