Say - are there any other residents experiencing some air leaks on the front windows? Service has been into my unit a number of times, but there is condensation on the inside of the windows, which they claim are being caused by leaving the blinds closed too much. Thanks for any confirmation...

That would make some sense - they have asked to be provided 9 post dated cheques to cover Occupancy prior to closing.

inside is taking shape too... Took a look inside Lumiere today during a PDI. Apparently first occupancies take place next week, and the wraps will be coming off. Workmanship looks pretty good, all things considered. And the interior designs are clean and contemporary.

Will the sundeck get much sun? As I look at the rear of the building - does anyone know which floor the 'sundeck' will be on? If it is just above the podium, it strikes me that much of the daytime rays might be blocked by the rest of the building, which would seem to be counter intuitive....
