2nd floor, seemed small for a condo building of our size... Feel a bit shafted as the orginally agreement promised what I thought would be a much larger gym... But for those that lived in other buildings how does it compare... I could be way off base

I think you not the only one, I think some people mentioned it in the thread. I have to put it at 80 fahrenheit to get the place warm which is really high and a waste.

Ash... I purchased before the second land transfer came into place. Including everything levies, lawyer fee, land transfer tax closing cost were almost 7k. Granny... there are 2 tax rebates I think.... only was given back on close (gst rebate) and the second was due the taxes changes in...

For ne I think they were 2400 and 40 art levies were like 1100... not sure if this divided evenly or based on purchase price.

I signed the closing last night, it wasnt that bad. 1 - 1 land transfer tax 2 - get a portion of the gst back as when we signed it was 7% and now dropped to 5% 3 - I wasnt expecting and interest on the money in deposit but I got that... nice suprise I had my lawyer cap the levys but only...

whats an art levy, did you have them sign something that closing cost could only be a certian maximum (thats what my lawyer suggested) when I purchased. I have to follow up with the lawyer later in the week to check out if he has the outstanding balance. George, how come you are waiting to...

I think you still need permission right now to sell... after Dec 15th, then you are free to do whatever you want with the unit. Have any you guys found out the closing cost from the lawyer? any suprises? Shere

I had the noise at first but now it seems not to make as much noise. Although I do still get slight warm air, not sure if that is normal. The remote for heating and ac are in weird spots and dont provide even temperature is all areas.

I am a bit worried about the changing date; I hope it’s in the next 90 days. I just had to break my mortgage and paid a hefty penalty, hoping I can recover that money back if it closes shortly. Anyone else have any information on registration or final closing?
