    2nd floor, seemed small for a condo building of our size... Feel a bit shafted as the orginally agreement promised what I thought would be a much larger gym... But for those that lived in other buildings how does it compare... I could be way off base

    I signed the closing last night, it wasnt that bad. 1 - 1 land transfer tax 2 - get a portion of the gst back as when we signed it was 7% and now dropped to 5% 3 - I wasnt expecting and interest on the money in deposit but I got that... nice suprise I had my lawyer cap the levys but only...

    I had someone who was interested in purchasing from me during registration but I was not looking on selling. Dumb question but do you know what you are paying for in monthly hydro, is it just electric or does it include water and heating?

    I think you still need permission right now to sell... after Dec 15th, then you are free to do whatever you want with the unit. Have any you guys found out the closing cost from the lawyer? any suprises? Shere

    I had the noise at first but now it seems not to make as much noise. Although I do still get slight warm air, not sure if that is normal. The remote for heating and ac are in weird spots and dont provide even temperature is all areas.

    I am a bit worried about the changing date; I hope it’s in the next 90 days. I just had to break my mortgage and paid a hefty penalty, hoping I can recover that money back if it closes shortly. Anyone else have any information on registration or final closing?
