The progress is slow, but it is not zero. I walked around today and compared with the previous photos in the thread. I saw the brick that had been covered by the "Ka Chi" restaurant sign has been cleaned up. The polarizing art installation cladding also had a couple more pieces inserted.

Just curious, could there be a double standard when it comes to occupancy, in that condo buyers are forced to occupy their unit in a less-finished state compared to tenants?

It is truly baffling. Unless they have no mortgage, there's interest payments, and property taxes, maybe utilities. Just finish it so it can be rented out and generate revenue! Am I missing something here?
