That art installation in the courtyard is hideous at best. I guess this is what passes for "art" nowadays. I was of the same opinion when they released the first renderings, but now I think they look much better in person.

Love that clock.. it's so classy. You can't go wrong with that. I think the problem with the sculpture is the clumsy pedestal.

Amazing pics 42, this place is a truly gem. Did you noticed if there were graffiti on Lower Sherbourne along the water channel? I've mailed 311 two weeks ago reporting the problem, but I don't know if the place has been cleaned since then.

To be honest I don't quite understand UT sometimes. You'd expect strong criticism for what they delivered (like for Theatre Park crow), but then again I suspect some people here just like aA products no matter what. Throw them some nice glass and you'll make them happy, I suppose. I like...

The first design was way way better, more elegant with the diamond design than this latest proposal. Also, the new roof is quite hideous. I'm disappointed.

It's a really good looking building. Too bad that the landscaping design at street level is just bad IMO. That strip of grass/flowers is going to be a muddy receptacle of litter in few months like the X condo's one. Grass on a main sidewalk.. sigh. They don't really learn from their mistakes, uh...

There's already some revitalization project for some of the most important parks like Queen's Park. Granted, it won't be Millennium Park but Toronto isn't Chicago and I'm personally fine with that.

And that's how you got $300 million on budget deficit, I guess. Do we need a nice monumental park in Toronto? Maybe. Do we need to spend half of a billion for said park? Nope.
