Given the current progress of construction, does anyone have a good estimate of when they would be complete? My most recent update from the developers says Winter 2015, but I highly doubt that will be possible given where it is. Of course, I have no experience with how fast/slow these things go.

Could you link me a review or two? I quickly tried searching and didn't come up with much and would like to view them.
