I asked my inspector about the walls too. I noticed the same issue. She said that it's an "eggshell" textured finish and it's meant to be like that. I'm thinking it was just a crappy paintjob with cheap paint?!

I had my PDI today and my bedroom sliding door is frosted. I asked my inspector about why some are frosted and some are clear glass in other units and she said that only bedrooms with windows have frosted sliding doors. Odd.

My move in date is mid-March and my PDI is next week. It would make sense that you would have gotten your PDI package by now. I would call Customer Care to ensure that your package is coming your way.

I agree, suite looks great! I got the same colour scheme as you did, Majic. However, I wonder if the floor could be stained a darker colour? Would this require the top coat to be stripped prior to staining? I would ideally like the floors to be a couple shades darker to match the cabinetry.
