I'm with the two responders. I did have my lawyer review the purchase agreement and he advised what I should get capped/changed and deleted/added and I went back to the builder with what I his ideas. They prepared the changes and I received an updated purchase agreement.

They have a test area up in the back. I think 3 panes or so. Been up since the summer I think. Though now covered.

I'm with chriskayTO, they got the bathroom wrong! Though I was thinking that they then could have used the extra space the for the sit/sleep, turnaround areas. From what I understand, these small places are 'big' in NYC.
