my concern now is less the visible damage, and more so whats going on behind the walls and in the hvac. respondplus (www.respondplus.ca) was in there on Saturday and a visual assessment with no moisture meter readings resulted in a conclusion of only minor damage and no fans being necessary...

Thanks. I agree with what you have written - my insurance broker said my insurance won't do anything anyways, so thats not even an option. The prop manager is not really willing to do anything beyond what has already been done - my understanding is all expenses are being charged to that unit...

id like to vent about a ttc bus route issue: I live in markham near mccowan and steeles, very near to the 53 steeles bus route They recently changed the route so that it no longer turns left at mccowan rd (coming into markham proper) and take elson across to markham rd, at which point it heads...

Re #1, not sure there is much value to be had by having HST clause negotiated out...the price you pay is HST/rebate inclusive. If you take the clause out, you will pay more on closing, to be refunded from the gov't later..but its extra work for not getting any benefit out of it...it is not as...
