Maintenance fee So they're charging full maintenance fee, but none of the amenities are finished, not to mention half of the building! What are we paying for exactly...geez...

We just had our PDI last month for the Nexus North building. It was horrendous! But they did promise to fix everything we listed on our 4-page PDI form, so we'll see how that goes! Has anyone else had their PDI yet? How did yours go?
