The Ritz also has 25+ unsold 1000sq/ft-million dollar suites without balconies. L Tower is completely sold out..reason why there is window-wall over curtain? Balconies...If you can figure out a way to get balconies into curtain, be my guest...window-wall doesn't necessarily mean "subpar" or...

Your comments reflect those of a NIMBYistic opinion fyi...no place for NIMBY in Toronto these days

these guys are going to be topping off soon...passed by and they're on the 10th floor of the waterlink phase...don't know where this impression of "slow-moving" comes from lol there will be structural steel in the air before you know it

    Toronto Toronto | L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

LOL you made up a ratio to judge the building yet you don't have any numbers to replace your variables and you still come to a conclusion? what is going on here? ALSO...it looks like you've already used this equation on the "average development" and on other "high end developments in the area"...

They're working on it right now. From my understanding, new, larger sewage infrastructure along esplanade to jarvis and down to queens quay with the addition of the installation of a new pump at the sewage pumping station on Scott Street "should" eliminate the smell at yonge and front. You also...

Go to the cityzen blog or cityzen facebook...windows are sitting in a track installed on slab edges. They have interior shots...it really looks something like a "hybrid installation/system". Your tone isn't appreciated mr/ms know-it-all.

    Toronto Toronto | L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

Fyi...what you identify as "window-wall" on the west facade at L-Tower is actually being installed using a curtain-wall type installation method. This looks to be a sort of hybrid system. Cool stuff.

LOL another case of NIMBYism in Toronto. How is a process democratic when the only individuals involved in the process have a personal interest and therefore a bias in the nature of the proposed project? That's not the "voice of the neighbourhood" that's not democracy. The only people who get...

Mike in TO: Thank you for nailing all of the thoughts I've had on this so-called "cheapening" or "torontoized" building of structures. JUST because someone may not like the look of a building, the colour of a building (the colour of a material), the shape of a building, how the hell do you...

    Toronto Toronto | St Lawrence Condos at 158 Front | 91.44m | 26s | Cityzen | a—A

Realistically, this is not a big deal, like every other project in the city there is always some sort of dispute over height and density. yawn
  16. D

    Mississauga Toronto | Absolute World | 169.77m | 56s | Cityzen | MAD architects

What do you know about "high quality materials" and how can you distinguish these "high quality materials" from "lower quality materials? I'm just curious as to how someone can state that by looking at the buildings at a distance, how could you possible know if these materials are of lower...

  18. D

    Toronto Toronto | L-Tower | 204.82m | 58s | Cityzen | Daniel Libeskind

The cladding matches all of the renderings of the building, so really what youre saying is you don't like the building. Don't get it people...
