Yep I've moved in as of Thursday and I agree it still looks a bit dull but the trees are helping and there's still time before the other retailers start opening and bringing more activity the area. Overall, I love my condo and building! The protected view is amazing too.

Sunday was gorgeous so I decided to head to Corktown Common to take a few pictures of the development. There's a lot of shadows but still cool to see. Enjoy!

Do you know how sold out those two buildings are? Last I heard Canary District was over 90%. These are the only two residential projects slated for occupancy in 2016 correct? The other ones will come online later?

Has anyone bought into Canary Park? I've purchased one although I'm still in the 10-day cooling period and I'm just wondering if anyone else has any insight into the Canary Park Condos. Thanks!
