And no it does not affect Pearson airport at all, both eastbound approaches are quite a bit north of the city Centre!

They should build up the South stand and also add the North stand to the same specs as the Argos CFL final and make it permanent. Having a larger and higher north stand would also help with reducing the wind which is bad at times especially early in the season and obviously late summer and fall.

I knew the original design and height would never fly in this city....but I'm still very disappointed.

The renders look great this should be in the 45-55 storey height just because it looks so good! I do hope it gets built at the typical 39 storey height at the very least....

And the fact it has a couple of nice looking neighbours (mainly X2)....

And I think the bridge designs are great! Simple yet elegant and of a style that will be quite tireless.

This one is climbing quickly now, regular floor plates and mild weather helps.

It would be nice if at the very least they would legislate good quality, meaning materials used....agreed on aesthetics and design it's far more complicated.

If they at least kept it all in that dark glass with maybe some metallic silver railings on the balconies it could have looked significantly better, unfortunately "cheap, cheap....save, save" mentality rules for most Ontario developers.

Good quality precast brick panels will last longer, especially those that are completely made of cement. The only problem with these is that the "brick" is painted and after 15 years or, more likely less, the paint will start to fade. There are some panels out there that essentially have brick...
