This one seems to me to be dragging along at a snail's pace.

New ad/screen installed. Look at me, livin’ in the soul of the city for all these years… Glazing is moving on up.

I can't say for sure. It may have been at one point but I didn't notice any dark patches other than what I could see in the buildings mentioned.

Hmm. I'd forgotten about that (new) site and immediately figured it was somehow related to one of the Ontario Line sites. You might be on to something!

A power outage due to someone's oops at an "active construction site" in the Moss Park area yesterday is ongoing this morning. Something was severed underground. Building generators have been droning along all night. The Ivory, Axiom, the Brad Lamb building on Ontario, and it looks like...

I thought to myself, "how'd I miss that!?" Still going on today... Handy that they have the "park" land to use instead of blocking off streets.

Yes, though... St Lawrence Market, in all fairness, is not known for being the thrifty shoppers' destination.

Good morning -- fresh off the 'shutter' just now. Have I said yet how happy I am that this project doesn't have balconies?

The latest from my window. Nice skies this aft.

Just now. New scaffolding installed on the Richmond façade -- it'll be nice to see those bricks scrubbed clean and fresh. Framing has gone in on the rooftop amenity level, too.

That crane was in use well past 9pm last evening, and it was hoisting up the sand coloured pieces that frame the windows. The main cranes are still part of the towers this morning.

The latest, from my point of view. 6 more to go on the Richmond St tower, I believe.
