The Hoarding will be coming down in the next week or two as they are just finishing up installing the ground floor windows. The Big Carrot Natural Food Market will be opening their second location here as the anchor tenant with a target opening date of late February 2018.

I live in an apartment directly next to the proposed site and next to the Grand Hotel. Manga Hotels has as of last month purchased this row of Heritage townhouses so I feel like we will see an adjustment to the design once they incorporate the addition properties.
