Finally something happening on this site. They seem to be removing the earthen hill at the south end of the site along Marine Parade.

I live next door at 15 Legion. It sure took awhile for this to come to light. I’m excited to see this move forward.

I noticed yesterday that there was some soil testing going on at the Polish Association of Toronto at 2282 Lake Shore West. I hadn’t heard of any sale of the property there but it is a considerable size. Anyone else heard any whispers about anything going on there?

Any idea if there is to be a next phase here? The area between Phoenix and the GO tracks is quite substantial.

It’s Doug from 15 Legion #406. I just read what you posted about the young woman who jumped. I didn’t hear any sirens but I was steam cleaning some rugs. Was it one of our buildings? Such a sad ending to a life. If only someone could have seen the signs and helped her.

Why does it have to be the same height as FCP? Make it taller and slimmer. It’s too bulky for this site as is. Mountains are more interesting when they are different heights and so are skylines.

That would have been brilliant.

I would like to see some movement or maybe the option to make each level a different colour in the crown. Something that will be visible from far away.
