Nope! I haven't heard anything from them since my PDI. Impatiently waiting as well so that I can start coordinating

I had called and asked about this and local said that they'll be sending us an updated property manager package in the next few weeks and once we receive that then we can take next steps to book.

Just did my inspection, the building looks great! No major issues, just little things.

My firm occupancy date is August 5. Doing my inspection this week! So I'm sure you will all hear from them shortly

oh wow yes you're right, looks like it's already been delayed. Saw that date on a couple other websites as well

No it won't be completed by November 2015. They haven't communicated the delayed date yet but have given estimates that it will be ready for Spring/Summer 2016. I think this is the only delay so far... Has anyone heard any differently?
