I would like to know why you think this project is going to suck! At least it's not another box like structure going up. The keystone look is real awsume. I hope they don't use blue for the curtain walls.

I like this rendering better. The trees on the top of the building with the pillars beside it makes the building look more presentable in the area. I like the bronze and tan look for the facade. I hope they use windows the have a frosted white look like the rendering. If not something golden...

If they are going to redesign the office building. Create something similar like the ice towers beside it. By rounding off the corners of the rectangle building and adding a similar rooftop for the employes to hang out etc. But keep the curtain wall look similar to the old design.

This is building is going to look sharp when completed! But I liked the original rooftop design better.
