ThyssenKrupp = the worst. Our condo either has bad mechanical problems or not enough servicing. Either way, we see a lot of downtime. One of our elevators (3 in total) was recently down for 8 WEEKS! September until mid-November. Our building is only 5 years old and there's not that many floors...
