Well, it can be slotted as well under the "Adding more sellable GFA" bracket too. It's ugly but, it's not detracting much from this thing as a whole, given how massive it is.

I don't see much to like regarding the design on these buildings, but, I've always found the stacked box aesthetic uninspiring and leaving much to be desired. My main issues with this development remain the massing and the awful street level - the podium is an absolute afterthought. The towers...

I find those things beyond ugly, but, I'm probably in the minority on that. Good to see the above ground section going up...still counting down the years until this is done.

Uh...just from my uneducated eye, I'd say its very well used. I rode it yesterday at school hour (3ish PM) and it was packed with kids. I rode it a few times with a friend today and it was decently busy too.

Honestly, COVID dealt the majority of the damage once people were out of the office. Like, the Canadian Tire did well, but, there wasnt much traffic here in those years...not enough to justify the business case for some of the longer term tenants that had been here.
