Part of me is glad I haven't gone to Bathurst and Bloor in a while. The lack of colour here really drives home the moniker "The City of Grey". That being said, the project is really quite impressive, but really needs a pop of warm tones.

Soon you'll have to start watering them, or else they'll shrivel up! Or better yet put them in the TD Waterhouse. ;)

Looks good if you change the name to "Monsta Condos" Seriously, this thing is unfortunate looking.

And to think how different this street looked 5 years ago....holy cow. The density push eastward has been incredible to see. Great shots

Today...I keep wanting to call this the Burkeley, because the current name just sounds rather silly, unless they plant some birch trees around here.

I completely forgot this was scheduled to close down as per what was mentioned in this thread. I'm a bit sad, as I've been a long time shopper here, but I also look forward to this being redeveloped as it's a prime site. If it gets 15 storeys I'll be surprised...but with the footprint we're...

Yesterday. For some reason the reflection here enamoured me enough to take a few images of it. The street trees are in and they look nice. It'll be a pleasant walk in a few years when they cover up the first few floors of this building. :)
