Nice job to Vantage for reworking this - looks like a much better detailed version of the old concept. Also architect is Arcadis now.

My theory was that the Shopify sublet was going to be RBC - but now my 2019-held theory that RBC is taking the Hub is back on! Wealthsimple was a total surprise to me, I thought they were moving in somewhere else.
