It's going up fast. When will be closing or occupancy ?

They promised 2017 fall.. It seems very unlikely happen

Any idea about how long this project will be delayed? I think Minto roe 30 delayed for more than a year.

I spoke with one of the construction workers, he confirmed the building was planned for 58ish floors. He also said that the podium/base of the building would structurally be the same, so if they had to add a couple floors at the the top that could happen and that it does frequently. That said...

I purchased a unit on the 60th floor March 2015 and I haven't received any notification about the building being 58 stories or a reassignment at all...
