I like the building and the area is quiet, while it's busy when you're on hwy #7. All the staff works there is very polite. I think 85% who move in is Cantonese. I choose north so I won't hear the noise from 407 and my balcony can see both sunrise and sunset. All the facilities is not ready...

I have move in to Building C three weeks ago. Both Building B and C seems finish PDI. Building A only 2nd and 3rd floor finish PDI.

Mine is Building C. So my PDI is mid-May 2011. Building C is the first one finished. By the way what is phantom fees? Interim occupancy is the time you pay "Rent" until Closing date.

AS I know Maintenance fees does not include hydro and water. It said maintenance fees will include gas and air conditioning (possible they give you air conditioner but you still need to paid for the electricity)... tricky? not sure..
